**Fees provided below are CLUB ONLY fees**

You will be directed to Squadi after your registration to complete your 2nd half of the registration process.

Fees through Squadi will be -
Miniroos - $50 (South Coast MiniRoos & U12's) 6 to 12
Youth - $80 (South Coast Community Juniors) 13 to 18
Senior - $164 (South Coast Community Seniors) 19+
Masters - $220

Fees through LetsPlayFootball - (Opening December 2nd)
Miniroos - $15
Youth - $15
Senior - $35
Masters - NA

Failure to register and pay through Squadi & LetsPlayFootball will result in no game or training until resolved

Terms and conditions

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS

    1. All NEW players to Ormeau FC MUST bring their Birth Certificate to be sighted as proof of age.
    2. All NEW players will be allocated to a team once their fees are paid. (except new competitive age players that trial).
    3. All RETURN players will be allocated to the previous year's team where possible (except Under 9 and up due to grading) in registration date order.
    4. For insurance purposes, only financial players can train and play.
    5. We accept Direct Debit Payment Plans and Credit Cards
    6. All players must have Shin Pads and Football Boots for Training and Games. (MiniRoo Squirts (3-5 yr olds) can wear Joggers with Shin Pads - No training required)
    7. All club communications are done via our website: www.ormeaufc.com and/or Facebook: www.facebook.com/ormeaufootballclub
    8. All fees must be paid in full by Friday 21st March 2025 or have entered into a payment plan and not missed a payment.

    PAYMENT METHODS

    OPTIONS for PAYMENT:

    Association Fee Portion:
    Association fees to be paid with your credit/debit card through Squadi at the time of registration. THIS IS MANDATORY.

    Club Fee Portion:
    1. Pay in full with your credit/debit card at the time of registration via the club's website portal https://ormeaufc.com/.
     
    2. Pay by Direct Deposit (in FULL) to the Club's Bank Account.
    Please send an email to registrar@ormeaufc.com advising of your payment via this method.

    3. Pay by instalment via the club's website portal https://ormeaufc.com/.

    4. Cash or EFT
    Payment can be made at the club (when open) before 1st March 2024.

    FINANCIAL DEBT*
    If a player, parent or club member owes money to the Ormeau Football Club, registration approval will not be given until the debt is settled. Only financial players can participate in scheduled fixtures.

    REFUNDS*
    All refund requests must be made in writing via email to registrar@ormeaufc.com.

    Refunds are PAID in the following circumstances:

    If a player is injured and is no longer able to play the rest of the season, they are eligible for a pro-rata refund of the club portion of the fees.

    If a player has not participated in any game they are entitled to a full refund of the club fees, less the administration fee, if the refund is requested within 1 week from the season start. After this time, the refund will be subject to a pro-rata reduction and may not be eligible for an association fee refund.

    Notes: FFA/FQ fees are non-refundable once the player has participated in a scheduled fixture. All refunds are subject to a $25 administration fee.

    Refunds are NOT PAID in the following circumstance:

    If a player has participated in scheduled fixtures and then decides not to play for the rest of the season with Ormeau FC, then the player fees (association & club) become non-refundable.

    *(The Ormeau FC Management Committee reserves the right to make exceptions to these rules on a case-by-case basis).
